Counseling Services

Kartikay Educational and Welfare Society

Living with a disability — or caring for a person with disability — brings with it profound emotional challenges. Grief, anxiety, stress, confusion, and isolation are experiences many families face silently. Our Counseling services provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and families can process, heal, and find strength.

Our counselors are trained professionals with expertise in disability-specific mental health challenges, offering both individual and group counseling sessions.

What We Offer:

  • Individual Counseling for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Parent Counseling — understanding disability, coping strategies, and positive parenting
  • Family Counseling and systemic support
  • Grief and acceptance counseling at diagnosis
  • Behaviour Management Counseling
  • Sibling Support Sessions
  • Adolescent and Young Adult Counseling — identity, relationships, transition to adulthood
  • Stress and Caregiver Burnout Support
  • Group Support Programmes for parents of children with disabilities
